Date/Time
May 1st, 2022 (Sunday) - Concert starts at 2:00 p.m
Artists' Arrival time: Doors will be open to artists at 1:00 p.m
Everyone is welcome to join and be at the concert for as long as they wish. However, these are the times we kindly suggest to come.
Please plan for about 20-30 minutes extra before/after your performance to allow some time window for unexpected issues. I will have badges with your name and the order of your performance as soon as you arrived. Artist's volunteers will give them to you.
Doors to the public open at 1:30 and the concert is expected to go for longer than 2 hours

Sounds of Hope & Unity for Ukraine Program
What IBA studio can facilitate
For the performances, IBA is kindly facilitating:
Six (6) foot Grand Piano that can be used
Mixed box
Microphones (we have one to hold) and some head pieces microphones
Chairs available (for cello players) two types:
one measures 16 inches from floor to seat
other measures 18 inches from floor to seat
Please bring your own chair if these don't fit.
Please let me know if you would like to rehearse before your performance on the day of the event, I will be setting the stage from 10:00 a.m - to 1:45
so please let me know IF you need to rehearse (especially if using the piano), just prior to your performance
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE AS 04/24 2022
I will ask today for one-two studio to be set aside for the artists in case you need to rehearse. Please keep with you at all times your own belongings.
Technical Assistance
Help
If there is any questions about technical assistance during the event please reach out to me (Eliana) or Alik for any questions. Mr. Alik is incredible and he will be supporting us.
We have two kind volunteers who will help artists get set and with any assistance needed for the performance. We will have one (or two if needed) of the studios set up for the artists.
VERY IMPORTANT
Young artists: Parents/caregivers MUST be with the kids at ALL times. I will provide the exact times of performance in case you want to attend for time windows instead of the full two hours
The event will not have any food or drinks so please bring your own water bottle, snack, etc.
Recording & Pictures during the event
Please let me know if you agree/disagree on being recorded or if we take and share pictures of you to share.
The event will be recorded, and we may set up a ZOOM call

We have created a Participant Waiver that we will have at the event
IMPORTANT: We would like to take a group picture of ALL artists, please let me know if you think you can all be there at 1:45. if not, we can try one prior the show and another after the show.
ZOOM Call link & Password
We have set up a zoom call link for those who may not be able to join you in person and would like to support you. I know we have some parents, grandparents, and teachers in Ukraine and other locations who may want to see this. I will post the link to the meeting soon and if you think you may use this option, please email me and I will send you the details and password.
DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately due to time constraints and additional technical equipment, we will simply stream the event via zoom but we can't guarantee perfect sound.
COVID Protocols
IBA follows all protocols defined by CDC and WA state. I will provide more details soon about it. If you are feeling unwell and you can't perform, please email me. Your health and thewellbeing of all joining us during this event is very important, so just let me know as soon as you can and I will adjust our program accordingly. Stay safe, healthy and happy, tha'ts very important to us.
