Please arrive if possible at 1:00 or before that if possible specially for volunteers who will be supporting the artists

Doors open at 1:00 for artists

Doors open for everyone at 1:30

Dress Code

Semi-formal - honoring. if possible Ukrainian colors 

COVID - 19 RELATED: IBA/IBT follows CDC/Washinton protocols, it is YOUR choice on wearing mask or not. Transmision levels have gone from LOW to hihg in the last couple of days

In King County, Washington, community level is Medium.

Sunday, May 1 2022 @ 12:45  - 1:00 Recommended for those helping with artists and setting specially for the first hour of the concert.

Artists Volunteers

Britta Ho -  In charge of signing in/out ALL artists and making sure they sign the Artists Waiver and collect them all.

Give each artist name tags and explain what's on it

(name and order of performance)

All young artists MUST stay with parents/caregivers and they MUST sign off before leaving

 

Mike Stephan & Sonny  - 

Mike is signed up from 1:45-300

Sonny is signed up from 3:00-4:15

  • Help artists get to their rehearsals

  • Assist Britta when signing in if needed

  • Help artists, especially young ones with their instrumentation, chairs (cello players),etc

  • Make sure they are line up, ready to go for performance

Stage checks and final touch-ups

 Yana Karimov (sign up genius from 12:00 - 2:00) but we may be able to set up most of the stage the day before. I'll email you Saturday night)

Fundraising tables

Andrea Knauss -Coordinator for the fundraising tables

We will have 2 donation tables, with two people per table with an iPad (per person). Each ipad will have open the link for donations. 

We will try to encourage everyone for using the QR Code displayed all around the building so people can use their own phone and we avoid traffic jams

CASH - we will encourage direct deposits to the Paypal account in the DONATIONS PAGE or the QR code, but if we do receive cash in exchange of any item OR as a donation, just guide the donor to put them in the enclosed box.
